Telehealth is now easier to access!

Follow My Health is your patient portal where you can access your results, medication list, and message your provider. For telehealth appointments, the clinic uses a platform called Doximity. To schedule a telehealth appointment, please call us at 731-422-0213.

Video visits are held to the same privacy standards of a regular office visit. Your video visit is convenient to you, confidential, and secure. If the provider is unable to treat your symptoms through Telehealth, you will be asked to make a traditional visit.

If a prescription is needed, your telehealth provider can send it directly to the pharmacy of your choice.

Many insurance companies have categorized Telehealth services as a covered benefit, so check with your insurance provider.

Video visits can be appropriate for a majority of primary care visits, wellness visits/check-ups, and nonemergency medical conditions such as:
