Full-Time Positions

APRN/PA – Endocrinology – FT – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm – The Advanced Practice Professional will work in collaboration with the providers of the Endocrinology Department to provide outstanding, evidence based, quality outcomes focused care in the outpatient Endocrinology setting. Graduate of Accredited NP or PA program. Licensed to practice in state of Tennessee as a NP or PA. Previous Endocrinology or Family Practice/Internal Medicine experience preferred, but not required.

APRN/PA – Bolivar – FT – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm – The Advanced Practice Professional will work in collaboration with the providers of the Family Practice Department to provide outstanding, evidence based, quality outcomes focused care in the outpatient setting. Typical visit volume should be expected to be 60-80-visits per week. Types of job duties will include Chronic/Acute problem visits, Health maintenance, and Wellness exams, Primary Care or Family Practice Experience preferred. Graduate of Accredited NP or PA program. Licensed to practice in state of Tennessee as a NP or PA.

APRN/PA – Sleep Medicine – FT – Monday-Friday – The Advanced Practice Provider will work in collaboration with the providers of the Sleep Medicine department to provide outstanding, evidence-based, quality outcomes focused care in the outpatient setting. Typical visit volume should be expected to be 60-80 visits per week. Types of duties to include evaluation and treatment of disorders associated with sleep, setting up sleep tests, CPAP rechecks and F/U Graduate of Accredited NP or PA program. Licensed to practice TN as NP or PA. Previous experience preferred, but not required.

APRN/PA – High Risk Breast Clinic – FT – Monday-Friday – The Advanced Practice Provider will work in collaboration with the providers of multiple specialties, Interventional Radiology, and Women’s Imaging to provide access and support for patients at high risk for breast cancer in order to schedule screenings, follow ups, and biopsies as necessary. The provider should expect to help order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing/procedures and to develop appropriate plans of care with team members and communicate plans effectively to the patient. Graduate of Accredited NP or PA program. Licensed to practice in TN as NP or PA. Previous experience required. Women’s Health, Oncology, Surgical Experience Preferred.

APRN – Med/Peds – FT – Periodic Saturday morning peds walk in shared in rotation with other providers – The Advanced Practice Professional will work in collaboration with the providers of the IM and Peds Departments to provide outstanding, evidence-based, quality outcomes focused care in the outpatient setting. Typical visit volume should be expected to be 60-80 visits per week. Types of job duties will include Chronic/Acute problem visits, Health maintenance, and Wellness exams for adults and peds. Graduate of Accredited NP or PA program. Licensed to practice in state of Tennessee as a NP or PA. Primary Care or Family Practice experience preferred.

Research Administrative Assistant – FT – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm – Performs diversified administrative and clerical duties for Clinical Research Department. Assist Director with research financials including generating invoices, posting payments, organizing remittance, tracking accounts receivable, etc. Two years of experience in clinical/medical office setting strongly preferred. High school diploma required. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Excel required. Effective time management, organization and communication skills required.

Surgical Scrub Technician – FT – Monday-Friday – 7:00am-4:00pm or 10-hour days, days assigned. Occasional Saturday – Based on needs of department hours may be adjusted. – Assist in procedure room and processing instruments. GI experience preferred or experience in one of the above areas. Bls required. Certification preferred. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

RN Physician Extender – Infusion Clinic – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm – Provides assessment and follow-up of patient receiving IV Therapy as directed by provider. Consults with physicians or other providers regarding care of patients receiving IV therapy. Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Three years’ nursing experience required. RN licensed in the State of Tennessee. BLS required. ACLS certification preferred. IV experience preferred. Telemetry experience preferred.

RN Extender – Endoscopy Suite – Monday-Friday – 7:00am-4:00pm or 10-hour days, days assigned. Occasional Saturday – Based on needs of department hours may be adjusted. – Pre-op, Procedure room and Recovery. Will cover areas as needed. Prepare patients for procedure. Assist in rooms and recover patients post procedures. Document in EMR and place orders. GI experience preferred or experience in one of the above areas. Must be RN licensed to practice in the State of TN preferred. BLS and ACLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

LPN – FT – 4 days/week – Mix of 8- or 12-hour shifts – Works every other weekend – Assist provider in office and provide patient care. Must be LPN licensed to practice in the State of TN. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

LPN – FT – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm – 8:00am-6:00pm (10 hour shifts) – Assist provider in office and provide patient care. Must be LPN licensed to practice in the State of TN. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

LPN – Cardiology – FT – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm – Occasional Weekends – Assist provider in office and provide patient care. Must be LPN / RN licensed to practice in the State of TN. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

LPN IV – FT – Monday-Friday – 7:00am-4:00pm or 10-hour days, days assigned. Occasional Saturday – Based on needs of department hours may be adjusted. – Pre-op, Procedure room and recovery. MA/LPN – Humboldt – FT – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm – Assist provider in office and provide patient care. Must be LPN licensed to practice in the State of TN. Graduate of a Medical Assistant program with a MA certification preferred. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

MA – Convenient Care Medina – FT – Days Assigned – Alternate Weekends – Assist providers in office and provide patient care. Graduate of a Medial Assistant program with MA certification preferred. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

MA – Jackson – FT – Monday-Friday – 7:30am-4:30pm, 8:00am-5:00pm, 8:30am-5:30pm – Assist provider in office and provide patient care. Graduate of a Medical Assistant program with a MA certification preferred. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

MA – Podiatry – FT – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm – Assist provider in office and provide patient care. Graduate of a Medical Assistant program with a MA certification preferred but not required. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

MA – Convenient Care – FT – Works every other weekend. 4 days/week – Mix of 8- or 12-hour shifts – Assist provider in office and provide patient care. Graduate of a Medical Assistant program with a MA certification preferred. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Patient Care Technician – FT – Monday-Friday or as assigned – Assist providers in office and provide patient care. Completion of Nursing Assistant program with certification or on the job training as a PCT may be considered in lieu of completion of PCT Diploma or Certificate Program. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Patient Care Technician – FT – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm – Assist providers in office and provide patient care. Completion of Nursing Assistant program with certification or on the job training as a PCT may be considered in lieu of completion of PCT Diploma or Certificate Program. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Clinical Research Assistant – FT – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm – Support enrolling patients into clinical trials through recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up of eligible participants according to protocol requirements. Conduct patient visits and perform data entry, phlebotomy, and processing of lab specimens. Two years of medical, lab, or clinical experience required. High school diploma required. Knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills required. Must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational and communication skills.

Clinical Lab Assistant – Midtown Convenient Care – Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, 8:00am-8:00pm; Sunday, 12:00pm-6:00pm – Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:00am-8:00pm – Occasional Holiday – Frequent standing and walking for extended periods; perform venipuncture on adult and pediatric patients: perform waived laboratory procedures: review patient results and QC; perform EKG’s. One-year phlebotomy experience preferred. One-year practical experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred. BLS preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

MT/MLT – Midtown – FT – Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, 8:00am-5:00pm; Sunday, 12:00pm-6:00pm – Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:00am-8:00pm – Occasional Holiday – Performs venipuncture and capillary punctures on adult and pediatric patients. Proficient in laboratory testing. Reviews patient results, lab reports and procedures. Review QC. Maintains lab equipment. Minimum of Associate Degree from an MLT training program. State of TN license. Six months minimum experience preferred. Basic computer skills preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

MRI Technologist – Monday-Friday – 4-10 hour days – Perform all MRI’s, start IV’s, carry out tasks in RIS, PACS and EMR, support CT Staff with patient care. Licensed Radiologic Technologist in good standing with the ARRT. MRI Certification Preferred.

Phlebotomy/EKG Tech I – FT – Monday-Friday – 7:30am-4:30pm – Occasional weeknight, weekend, and holiday – Performs venipuncture and capillary punctures on adult and pediatric patients. Performs EKG and other related exams. Demonstrates working knowledge of EMR. Communicates in a manner that promotes clinic and laboratory professionalism, as well as comfortable phlebotomy. One-year Phlebotomy/EKG experience preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred. BLS certified.

Phlebotomy/EKG Tech I – FT – Monday-Friday – 9:00am-6:00pm – Performs venipuncture and capillary punctures on adult and pediatric patients. Performs EKG and other related exams. Demonstrates working knowledge of EMR. Communicates in a manner that promotes clinic and laboratory professionalism, as well as comfortable phlebotomy. One-year Phlebotomy/EKG experience preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred. BLS certified.

General Accountant I – FT – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm – Seeking tech savvy accountant to help with various accounting processes at the clinic. High proficiency with excel required. Experience with Microsoft Great Plains, other accounting/payroll software, and experience with software transitions a plus. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred. Multiple years of payroll or accounting experience may be substituted for education. Some exposure to college level course work preferred. This position will assist with making GL entries, paying FUTA, SUTA, & Sales taxes, processing payroll, completing account reconciliations, and will assist with preparing integration files between various software and company accounts. This position will be an integral part of a small team, working closely with HR, offering high customer service to providers & co-workers by researching and answering questions about payroll and general accounting functions in conjunction with the director of accounting.

Front Office Specialist I – FT – Monday-Friday – Work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00am-6:00pm – Verify patient demographics, receive & post payments to patient’s accounts; schedule appointments; prepare and balance daily deposit; take detailed phone messages for clinical staff. Assists patients with check-in process and ensure patient’s insurance eligibility and benefits are loaded correctly onto accounts. High School Diploma or GED. Customer service experience. Previous reception, cashier or other related background experience preferred, but not required. Prior experience in a health care related field helpful but not necessary. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Front Office Specialist I – South Clinic – FT – Monday-Friday – Will be asked to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00am-6:00pm – Most shifts are 7:00am-4:00pm, 7:30am-4:30pm, or 8:00am-5:00pm – Verify patient demographics, receive & post payments to patient’s accounts; schedule appointments; prepare and balance daily deposit; take detailed phone messages for clinical staff. Assists patients with check-in process and ensure patient’s insurance eligibility and benefits are loaded correctly onto accounts. High School Diploma or GED. Customer service experience. Assists Front Office Level III employees and supervisors with eligibility and benefits determination and identifying billing issues on patient accounts. High School Diploma or GED. Strong customer service experience. Previous reception, cashier or other related background experience preferred, but not required. Part-Time Positions

RN, LPN, MA, PCT – work schedules vary – up to 19 hours or up to 29 hours a week. –

RN Physician Extender – PRN – Monday-Friday – 6:30am-3:00pm – Occasional Saturday – Based on needs of department, hours may be adjusted – Pre-op, Procedure room and Recovery. Will cover areas as needed. Prepare patients for procedure. Assist in rooms and recover patients post procedures. Document in EMR and place orders. GI experience preferred or experience in one of the above areas. Must be RN licensed to practice in the State of TN preferred. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

MA – Convenient Care – PT I – 8 & 12-hour shifts – Works every other weekend to equal 20-29 hours/week – Assist provider in office and provide patient care. Graduate of a Medical Assistant program with a MA certification preferred. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

MA – Convenient Care – PT I – 3-, 8-, or 12-hour shifts to equal 20-29 hours/week – Works every other weekend – Assist provider in office and provide patient care. Graduate of a Medical Assistant program with a MA certification preferred. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

MA – Convenient Care – PT II – Hours/days assigned up to 19 hours/week – Assist provider in office and provide patient care. Graduate of a Medical Assistant program with a MA certification preferred. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Radiology Technician – PRN – Less than 20 hours/week and less than 500 hours/year – Knowledge of anatomy, knowledge of radiology equipment, skilled in properly positioning patients. Ability to communicate with people. High School diploma or equivalent. Completion of AMA approved school and meets requirements for registry by ARRT.

CT Technologist – PRN – Workdays and hours are as needed basis – Responsible for performing and monitoring CT exams. Provides instructions and comfort to the patients during an exam. Start IV’s to gain access for IV contrast. Certification as radiologic technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology. CPR certification required. CT certification by ARRT is preferred. Current certification from TN Board of Medical examiners.

Phlebotomy/EKG Tech – PT II – Days and hours to be determined – Performs venipuncture and capillary punctures on adult and pediatric patients. Performs EKG and other related exams. Demonstrates working knowledge of EMR. Communicates in a manner that promotes clinic and laboratory professionalism, as well as comfortable phlebotomy. One year of Phlebotomy/EKG experience preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred. BLS certified.
