About Convenient Care

Convenient Care is open for extended hours to treat minor illnesses and injuries for your entire family. No appointment necessary!

You will receive quality patient care every time from our team of Board Certified physicians who have chosen to focus their medical practice on treating patients who need immediate attention for unexpected illnesses and injuries. With Convenient Care Fast Track Check-in, you only need to provide your name and birthdate (if you have been a Jackson Clinic patient in the past).

Convenient Care hours extend from early in the day to later at night to meet the demands of your busy schedule. You can schedule your appointment in advance or simply walk in. We look forward to seeing you when you need us.

Saturday, November 29: All Convenient Care locations will be open regular hours from 8:00am - 8:00pm.

Convenient Care is not meant to replace your chronic medical care with a primary care physician, nor is it intended to treat life-threatening emergencies; it is intended to provide an easily accessible, more affordable alternative to the emergency room for non-emergency acute medical needs.

We know your time is valuable. To avoid long waits in the ER, you can visit one of our Convenient Care locations for minor injuries and illnesses not immediately life-threatening such as:

Cold or Flu
Earache
Sore Throat
Headache
Workman's Comp
Cuts, Scrapes, Minor Burns
Sprains
Stings
Fever

Please use the Emergency Room in situations of true emergency including:

Difficulty Breathing
Chest Pain / Severe Pain
Stroke-like Symptoms
Fainting / Unconsciousness
Uncontrollable Bleeding
Poisoning / Overdose
Choking
Seizures

Jackson Clinic Convenient Care offers comprehensive walk-in care, including complete diagnostic equipment on-site for testing and x-rays.

Our doctors can access your medical history from any other department in The Jackson Clinic, and if a referral is needed for your medical care, that can be quickly arranged.
