APRN / PA – Internal Medicine/Pediatrics – FT – 36-40 hours per week - Will include at least one Saturday per month for peds walking in/newborn weight check – Working in collaboration with the physicians in an outpatient setting to provide care for pediatric and adult patients. Graduate of Accredited NP or PA program. Licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee as an NP or PA. Pediatric and/or Family Practice experience preferred.

MOHS Surgery Histotechician - FT – Monday – Friday – 7:30 am – 4:30 pm – Processing specimens and maintenance of lab while assessing direct patient care. MOHS certification or MOHS experience preferred. BLS required.

Pharmacy Technician / High-Cost Drug Specialist – FT – Monday -Friday – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm – Obtain prior authorizations for high-cost and specialty medications through medical and pharmacy benefits. Ensure benefits and authorizations are still active prior to patients receiving recurring treatments in the office. Work with others to improve high-cost and specialty drug workflow and protocols. Three years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, preferably in a retail setting. State of Tennessee Pharmacy Technician Registration, Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.

Audiologist – FT – Monday – Friday – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm - Responsible for Audiometric Evaluations, Impedance testing, hearing aid dispensing, Auditory Brainstem Response testing, ENG, Neonatal hearing screenings, DPOAE, and Industrial Audiology Services. Doctorate of Audiology preferred. MA or MS degree in Audiology is considered depending on experience. Licensed in the State of Tennessee.

Vascular Ultrasonographer – Vein & Vascular – FT – Monday – Friday- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm - Perform vascular ultrasounds as ordered. Perform ankle-brachial index testing as ordered. Assist physician with lower extremity vascular procedures. Help in other areas of the department as needed. High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of approved ultrasound program. Two years of vascular ultrasound experience is preferred. Certification by the American Registry of Medical Sonographers in one modality (OB/GYN, Abdomen, Vascular echo) or registry eligible. Vascular modality preferred. BLS required.

Vascular Specialist I – FT – 4 days a week – 7:00 am – 5:30 pm – Scrub, assist, or circulate procedures. Monitor patient vitals intra-op. Provide hemostasis to peripheral venous and arterial lines. Pre-op and recovery procedures patients. IV start and maintenance. Medication administration. C-arm operation intra-op. EKG rhythm identification. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, radiology, respiratory, cardiovascular tech, or paramedic. Minimum one-year experience in Cardiac Cath/Interventional Radiology, Vascular Surgery, Access Center, or outpatient-based lab preferred. Current license as RN, RRT, LPN III, or Paramedic.

Clinical Research Coordinator – FT – Monday – Friday – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm – Responsible for coordinating the conduct of assigned research protocols. Recruitment, screening, enrollment, and management of subjects per study protocol. Two years of medical, lab or clinical experience is required. High school diploma required. Must also have knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills.

RN Extensive Clinic – FT – Monday – Friday – 8:00 am – 8:00 pm – 3-12 hours shifts - Monitor patient health status, administer IV fluids, knowledge and skill of adding medication to fluids. Familiar with equipment to monitor patients and provide care. Work under the direction of the assigned provider. RN licensed to practice in TN. ACLS is required, and three years of ICU experience is preferred.

RN Navigator – FT – Internal Med/Peds – Monday – Friday – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm occasional Saturdays - Provide practice management support to assure the provision of quality care to patients in an efficient, cost-effective manner.  The position is responsible for maintaining daily operations in multiple practices, providing both direct and indirect professional nursing care. One year of professional nursing experience in a clinic or hospital setting. Tennessee State Registered Nurse Licensee and BLS required. PALS/ACLS preferred.

RN OB Patient Navigator – FT – OB/GYN – Monday – Friday – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm - Provide practice management support to assure the provision of quality care to patients in an efficient, cost-effective manner. The position is responsible for maintaining daily operations in multiple practices, providing both direct and indirect professional nursing care. One year of professional nursing experience in a clinic or hospital setting. Tennessee State Registered Nurse Licensee and BLS required. ACLS preferred. Must have a valid TN Driver’s license.

RN Physician Extender – Surgical – OB/GYN – Monday – Friday – Forty hours - Days assigned – Call one night a week and every sixth weekend – Assist provider in the operating room and provides patient care. Must be RN licensed to practice in the State of TN and be able to be credentialed at an area hospital. OR experience/RN First Assist experience preferred; two years of operating room surgical assisting experience preferred. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physician Extender RN – Vein and Vascular – FT – 5 days a week 8:00 am – 5:00 pm – Pre and post-op care in the procedural area for minor general surgery and vascular procedures. IV start, medication administration, vital signs, patient education, performing doppler checks, performing Ankle Brachial Index testing, EKG recognition. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Procedural, Cardiology, Surgical, pre or post-op care preferred. Licensed in the state of Tennessee. BLS/ACLS certification is required.

RN Physician Extender – Convenient Care – North – FT – 8-10-12 hour days assigned/weekends up to forty hours - Assist physicians in office, start IVs give medications, assess patients, and manage patient flow. Licensed to practice as an RN in the state of TN. Experience in Emergency Room or critical care preferred. BLS required. PALS/ACLS preferred. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation. May be assigned to the Medina location as needed.

RN Supervisor – ENT – FT – Monday – Friday – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm – Supervises, plans, directs, organizes, and coordinates various service activities in the clinic. Provides care as a part of the care team. Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing program. Three years of nursing experience including one year of supervisory-level experience preferred. Office setting experience preferred. Surgery experience preferred. Possession of a State Registered Nurse License, BLS certification required.

Patient Care Technician– FT – Monday – Friday – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm – Assist providers in the office and provide patient care. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Cashier/Receptionist – FT - Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm - Ability to work through patient accounts and relay information back to the patient. Strong math, computer, and communication skills. Ability to understand EOBs and patient financial ledgers. High School Diploma or GED. One year of medical clinic/insurance background is preferred. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Cashier/Receptionist – FT – Monday – Friday – Eight-hour shift between 7:00 am – 6:00 pm - Register patients, verify demographics and insurance, build insurance into the system, schedule appointments, collect payments, balance cash drawer, and answer phones. High school diploma or at least one year of medical clinic/insurance background. Must have a valid Tennessee driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Human Resources Generalist – FT – Monday – Friday – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm – Will provide overall organizational support and assist in the administration of the day-to-day operation of the Human Resources Department. Proven skills in FMLA, Workman’s Compensation, and Payroll. Completes administrative functions for benefits coverage of new hires, open enrollment, and process benefit terminations. Process monthly billings, and reviews for accuracy, and acquire approval for payment in a timely manner. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of local state and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies. Resolves discrepancies with payroll and vendors. Coordinate disability claims, COBRA, 401K, life, etc. Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information. Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-through skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related business degree is preferred. Additional appropriate experience may be substituted for education. Five years of HR experience is required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Patient Representative – Remote – Monday – Friday – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm – Assist patients with questions on insurance claims and clinic statements. Investigate billing problems finding solutions to these problems. Arrange for patients to have a financial agreement for the balance due on their accounts. Identify areas on patient accounts that need follow-up. Strong customer service background. Ability to work through patient accounts and relay information back to patients. Strong math, computer, and communication skills. Ability to understand EOBs and patient financial ledgers. Ability to work remotely.

Front Office Specialist I – FT– Employee will be asked to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday - Verify demographics, receive and post payments to patient accounts; schedule appointments; prepare and balance daily deposits; take detailed phone messages for clinical staff. Assists patients with the check-in process and ensure patients’ insurance eligibility and benefits are loaded correctly onto accounts. High School Diploma or GED. Customer service experience. Previous reception, cashier, or other related background experience is preferred but not required. Prior experience in a healthcare-related field is helpful, but not necessary.

LIS Administrator / Key Operator – North – Monday – Friday – 8:00 am -5:00 pm with flexibility – Manages daily operation of the laboratory information system; resolves problems pertaining to LIS; ensures patient test results are transmitted to EHR; rotates through assigned bench position when time allows. Associate or BS degree from Medical Laboratory Training Program. Prefer four years minimum experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician or Technologist. State of TN licensure.

Phlebotomy/EKG Tech II – North - FT - Monday - Friday – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm - Performs venipuncture and capillary punctures on adult and pediatric patients. Performs EKG and other related exams. Demonstrates working knowledge of EMR. Communicates in a manner that promotes clinic and laboratory professionalism, as well as comfortable phlebotomy. One-year Phlebotomy/EKG experience preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred. BLS certified.

Lab Assistant – FT – Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday – 8:00 am – 8:00 pm; Sunday – 12:00 am – 6:00 pm; Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – 8:00 am – 8:00 pm – Performs venipuncture and capillary punctures on adult and pediatric patients. Performs EKG and other related exams. Proficient in laboratory-waived testing. Demonstrates knowledge and ability to work in specialty areas. A minimum of one year of phlebotomy experience is preferred. All additional skills must be verified by a check-off skills list. Certified in Phlebotomy or possess relevant experience. Must have a valid Tennessee driver’s license and reliable transportation.  phlebotomy and/or EKG experience preferred. One year of practical experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Performs EKG and other related exams. Proficient in Laboratory waived testing. Demonstrates knowledge and ability to work in specialty areas. A minimum of one year of phlebotomy is preferred. All additional skills must be verified by a check-off skills list. Certified in phlebotomy preferred or possess relevant experience. One year of practical experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

MT/MLT – FT– Monday – Friday - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm flexible occasional weeknight/weekend/holiday – Performs venipuncture and capillary punctures on adult and pediatric patients. Proficient in laboratory testing. Reviews, patient results, lab reports, and procedures. Reviews QC. Minimum of Associate Degree from an MLT or MT training program. State of TN license. Six months minimum experience preferred. Basic computer skills preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Housekeeping Tech – FT - Monday – Friday - 8:00 am – 5:00 pm - Performs specific duties of assigned areas in accordance with procedures set up by the Environmental Service Department. Must be able to follow written and oral instructions and work independently. Must have good communication skills; be self-motivated and able to determine the importance of tasks. Must have the ability to continuously stand, walk, bend and reach. Ability to lift 30 pounds or more. High school diploma or GED preferred. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Maintenance Technician – FT – Monday – Friday – 7:00 am – 4:00 pm – On-call rotation after hours/weekends and emergencies – Perform weekly maintenance inspections at all (12) satellite facilities and complete repairs as needed. Address work orders as assigned. Minor plumbing and electrical repairs. HVAC filter changes and quarterly PMs. General maintenance, minor plumbing, and electrical experience. Must have a valid TN driver’s license with a clean record.

 

Part-Time Positions


RN, LPN, MA, PCT – work schedules vary, up to 19 hours or up to 29 hours a week.

RN – Physician Extender-Surgical – PT II – Up to 19 hours a week, days assigned, including weekends when needed – Assist providers rounding at the hospital and providing patient care. Must be RN licensed to practice in the State of TN and be able to be credentialed at an area hospital. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

RN Physician Extender – PRN – Monday – Friday – 6:30 am – 3:00 pm – Occasional Saturday – Based on the needs of the department hours may be adjusted - Pre-op, Procedure room, and Recovery. Will need to cover areas as needed. Prepare patients for the procedure. Assist in rooms and recover patients post procedures. Document in EMR and place orders. GI experience preferred or experience in one of the above areas. Must be RN licensed to practice in the State of TN preferred. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

RN Physician Extender – CC – North – PT II – 8,10 or 12-hour shifts to equal up to 19 hours/week - Assist physicians in the office, start IVs give medications, assess patients, and manage patient flow. Assist the provider in the office and provide patient care. Must be RN licensed to practice in the State of TN preferred. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

RN Physician Extender – CC – North – PT II – 8 or 12-hour shifts to equal up to 29 hours/week with weekends as assigned - Assist physicians in the office, start IVs give medications, assess patients, and manage patient flow. Assist the provider in the office and provide patient care. Must be RN licensed to practice in the State of TN preferred. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

LPN – Nephrology – PT I – Monday – Friday – Hours are 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm with the occasional need to work some eight-hour days instead if coverage is needed. MA – Convenient Care Medina – PT II – 4, 8, or 12-Hour Shifts including weekends - Assist provider in office and provide patient care. Graduate of a Medical Assistant program with MA certification preferred. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

MA/LPN – Convenient Care North – PT I – Monday – Friday – 3, 8, and 12-hour shifts, various days including weekends - Assist provider in office and provide patient care. Must be LPN licensed to practice in the State of TN. Graduate of a Medical Assistant program with MA certification preferred. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

MA/LPN – Convenient Care North – PT I – Monday – Friday – 4,8- or 12-hour shifts – Rotating weekends – 20-29 hours per week - Assist provider in office and provide patient care. Must be LPN licensed to practice in the State of TN. Graduate of a Medical Assistant program with MA certification preferred. BLS required. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

CT Technologist – PRN – Workdays and hours are on an as-needed basis - Responsible for performing and monitoring CT exams. Provides instructions and comfort to the patients during an exam. Start IVs to gain access to IV contrast. Certification as a radiologic technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology. CPR certification is required. CT certification by ARRT is preferred. Current certification from TN Board of Medical examiners.

Phlebotomy/EKG Tech - Lab North – PT2 - Monday, Wednesday, Friday Hours Flexible (according to patient workload) - Performs venipuncture and capillary punctures on adult and pediatric patients. Performs EKG testing and other related exams. Demonstrates working knowledge of EMR. Communicates in a manner that promotes clinic and laboratory professionalism, as well as comfortable phlebotomy. One-year Phlebotomy/EKG experience preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred. BLS certified. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Contact Center Agent – PT II – Monday – Thursday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Start time flexible between 8:00 am – 9:00 am – Responsible for answering and/or directing queries of patients. Must be able to answer a high call volume when implementing exceptional customer service. Schedule appointments according to provider preferences. High School Diploma or GED. Scheduling/call center experience preferred. Must have adequate home internet. Training will be completed on-premise and after training, employees can transition to working from home.

Cashier/Receptionist – PT I – MOB - Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm – Most shifts will be scheduled for these hours – variations may change due to staffing needs - Ability to work through patient accounts and relay information back to the patient. Strong math, computer, and communication skills. Ability to understand EOBs and patient financial ledgers. High School Diploma or GED. One year of medical clinic/insurance background is preferred. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.
