Mobile Check-In allows our patients the ability to socially distance in the comfort of their vehicles.
If you received a test message from us earlier that morning, reply "Here" when arrive for your appointment.
This alerts our staff of your arrival.
A receptionist will then “check you in” as you wait in the parking lot.
Any information needed from the patient will be sent by text message.
Once the patient is completely checked-in, the nursing staff is alerted of their status.
When an exam room becomes ready, a message will be sent to enter the reception area of their provider.
Mobile Check-in is not available at our 700 West Forest location at this time.
