Right to "Good Faith Estimate"

If you are a patient of a health care provider and you do not have or will not be using insurance, you are entitled by law to a "Good Faith Estimate," an estimated cost of any non-emergency items and services provided to you during your appointment. If you receive a bill significantly higher than your "Good Faith Estimate," you are entitled to dispute that bill. Download the document below for more information.
