Convenient Care is open extended hours to treat minor illnesses and injuries for you entire family. No appointments are necessary.  You will receive quality patient care every time from The Jackson Clinic’s team of Board Certified Physicians.  The doctors have chosen to focus their medical practice on treating patients who need immediate attention for unexpected illnesses and injuries.   

Convenient Care is a great option to keep you out of the emergency room and keep your costs down for acute medical care.  It is not meant to replace your chronic medical care with a primary care physician, nor is it intended to treat life-threatening emergencies.

Jackson Clinic Convenient Care offers comprehensive walk-in care.   Complete diagnostic equipment is on-site for testing and x-rays.  Convenient Care doctors can access your medical history from every other department in the Jackson Clinic.  If referral is needed for your medical care, that can be arranged very quickly.

With Convenient Care Fast Track Check-in you only need to provide your name and birth date( if you have been a Jackson Clinic patient in the past).  

Convenient care hours extend from early in the day to later at night to meet the demands of your busy schedule.  There are two locations to serve you:  2859 Hwy. 45 By-Pass and 101 Jackson Walk Plaza

The Jackson Clinic understands that illnesses and injuries don’t make appointments – and you shouldn’t have to either.  At Convenient Care, you can receive cost-effective, quality care every time from Board Certified Physicians.   We look forward to seeing you when you need us. 

The newly opened LIFT Wellness Center in downtown Jackson includes LIFT Health, a walk-in medical clinic for acute care, urgent care and occupational medicine. The Jackson Clinic’s Convenient Care physicians will provide the medical care. 

West Tennessee Healthcare and The Jackson Clinic announce that they have reached an operating agreement in which The Jackson Clinic will provide medical care at LIFT Health.  West Tennessee Healthcare had asked for proposals from medical groups to operate the clinic.

The Jackson Clinic’s Convenient Care location at 648 West Forest has closed now that the new facility has opened.  The Convenient Care North location at 2863 Highway 45 By-Pass will remain open. All 10 Convenient Care doctors will rotate between the two locations as they do now. (read more)
