Full Time Positions

13005    Physician Extender – Medical – Pulmonology – 4 10/Hour Days Monday through Friday – Work Every Other Week-End Saturday & Sunday Until Approximately Noon – Off Every Other Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday – Will perform all nursing duties.  BLS required.  ACLS preferred.  Must be a Registered Nurse licensed to practice in the State of TN.
 
12165    Clinical Research Coordinator – Monday – Friday – 8:00am – 5:00pm – Flexible Hours – Responsible for the performance and overall implementation and ongoing site management of the clinical research studies.  Four years clinical research experience preferred or two years clinical experience.  BS in nursing, pharmacy or other related field.  Research Professional Certification-CCRP preferred.  BLS required.  Must have a valid TN driver’s license.
 
12106    Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Huntingdon Clinic – Monday – Friday – 8:00am – 5:00pm – Will provide primary care to patients acting as an assistant to physicians in the clinic following established standards, practices and protocols.  Must have possession of a State Registered Nurse license and MSN in the State of TN.  ACLS certification preferred.  BLS required.  

11093     Network Administrator – IT Department – Monday – Friday – 8:00am – 5:00pm - Will work with IT Operations Manager and Team to ensure the stable operation and high performance of the organization’s network infrastructure, VOIP switches and network security appliances.  This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing all network hardware, software and communication links to meet company and user requirements.  Experience in LAN/WAN network design, installation, operation and management in a large NT environment.  Requires technical knowledge of network hardware and software, protocols and technologies – including, but not limited to:  Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches, Layer2/Layer3 routing, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, Active Directory, Citrix Presentation Server, Microsoft Exchange, VMware and SAN.  Experience with load balancing and clustering processes.  Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.  Adept at reading, writing and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals.  Highly self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.  Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.  Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.  Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.  Requires availability for after hours on-call support on a rotation schedule with other IT support staff.  Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in the field of Computer Science preferred.  Three - five years work experience in network management.  Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or committed to completing one or more certification requirements.  Must have a valid TN Drivers’ license in the State of Tennessee and reliable transportation.   

Part Time Positions

12168    Sterile Processing Technician – MOB – PT1 – Monday – Friday – 25 to 29 Hours Week – Receives, processes, maintains and distributes autoclavable goods and scopes for all clinic departments.  Requires knowledge of sterilization techniques and safety and sanitation practices.  Graduate from approved school of Central Sterilization Technician preferred.  Previous instrument care experience preferred.  CRCST certification preferred.  Must have a valid Tennessee driver’s license and reliable transportation. 

12158    RN/LPN – Care Coordinator – PT1 – Monday, Wednesday & Friday – 8:00am – 5:00pm or 9:00am – 6:00pm – Will work with the patients promoting education and engaging the patient in an active role in the management of his/her disease condition as determined by the medical home.  Assists in the identification of appropriate providers, facilities and community resources in an effort to improve or maintain the patient’s social, emotional, functional and physical health status.  Will promote whole person health support to the patient with emphasis on establishment of routine contact with his/her primary care physician and facilitate specialist referrals as appropriate per physician orders.  Must have the ability to build rapport with patients and excellent communication skills.  Must be able to work independently and be a self starter.  Must have computer skills and a working knowledge of Excel programs.  Prefer three -five years experience in direct patient care.  Must be a graduate of an RN or LPN program and licensed to practice in the State of TN.  BLS required. 

13008    Phlebotomist/EKG Technician – North Lab – PRN – On Call As Needed – Performs venipuncture and capillary punctures on adult and pediatric patients.  Performs EKG testing and other related exams.  Communicates in a manner that promotes clinic and laboratory professionalism, as well as comfortable phlebotomy.  One year of phlebotomy and/or EKG experience preferred.  Phlebotomy certification preferred.  Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

13011    MT/MLT – North Lab – PT2 – 2 to 3 Days/Week – Between Hours Of 8:00am – 5:00pm – Not To Exceed 19 Hours/Week – Performs procedures in all sections of the lab, maintains lab equipment and reviews patient’s records, lab reports and procedures.  Basic computer skills preferred.  Six months minimum experience preferred.  An Associate degree from a MLT training program and a state license is required.
